## :moneybag:Profit-sharing

XAPY collects fees through a profit-sharing model. **You only pay a fee when you make a profit from the Funding Rate Arbitrage strategy**.

The current proposed ratio is 90/10, where you (the user) receive 90% of the profits, and XAPY takes 10% *(Valid until 01/05/2029 )*

This ratio is fixed, not tiered, and applies until a new adjustment is announced. This ensures that XAPY’s fees are directly tied to your success, with no upfront or fixed costs.

:bulb:Example: Table illustrating the fee ratio based on profits

| PnL | You | XAPY |
| :-: | :-: | :--: |
| 10$ | 9$ | 1$ |

*\*Not including promotional codes that may apply from time to time.*

{% hint style="info" %}
Applicable until a new adjustment announcement is made.
{% endhint %}

### :bell:Payment

We accept deposits in the following tokens: USDT, USDC, USD1.

After depositing, these tokens will be converted at a fixed rate - >[ View here](/pricing/credit.md)

After each funding rate settlement, when the exchange pays out your profit, XAPY will use that as a basis to deduct the corresponding ratio from your credit balance on XAPY. For this reason, please check your Credit points very carefully so the system can operate seamlessly.

10% of this amount will be locked to secure payments for each subsequent cycle, the remaining 90% is available for withdrawal or transfer to other internal XAPY accounts.
